Spaldington wind farms

I live in a small village in East Yorkshire called Spaldington. We have been informed by two developers that one wants to build 6 turbines (126 m in height)to the west of the village and another has plans to build 8 more to the east. We have now been advised that the turbines to the east will be as close as 429 meters from the edge of the village. We have formed a group to see if we can fight these proposals. Any help or advice would be welcome
