Take the time to read this.

We need to think seriously about how to produce the electricity we are going to need and trying to meet renewable targets in an inefficent way will be the downfall of our children and I will defy anyone to say that I am not thinking of my children's future. We need to get it right and wind will not provide power in the winter months without backup, so why pay twice. Wind Turbines are a red herring just to meet targets. Politicians stop sitting in white suits with pen and paper and understand the practicality of subjecting the landscape and people to turbines.

If the Wind Turbines at Bicker don't start turning soon, the Developers will be agreeing with you! :D
