I have been looking at the documents connected with the proposal for East Heckington wind turbines. I am concerned about the wording on the initial Application form to NKDC. In the first paragraph, it states that, "The Secretary of State will at the same time(as the application is made to him) be requested to direct that planning permission for this development shall be deemed to be granted. The consent and the direction(s)may be subject to conditions."

My understanding of Deemed planning permission is, that it is approved, without any objections/representations being considered. Perhaps, somebody can, hopefully, show that i am totally wrong on this.

For those of us who have not had a notification about this proposed development,it can be viewed online at
www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/planningonline. Case no. 09/1067/S36

I've been searching the NKDC website via the above link. I can't find anything relating to this planning application.

I've just found out about this proposal, objections have to be in by Wednesday 27th!

What happened at the local exibition that was being arranged, did I miss it?
What was the outcome of the proposed resident liason scheme discussed at the parish council meeting?
Has anyone seen any developers montages as to the projected impact on the landscape.
Have the details been decided then

hi just read the replies to my post about 09/1067/S36 planning application. I visited NKDC at Sleaford on Thurs 21/01, had a talk with a planning officer. My understanding is that, due to the lack of documentation, from the applicant at this time, further opportunity will be given to make representations, when such docs. are available. I hope that will be the case, as it is, not enough time is left. I would suggest that representations are made by the 27/01 if possible, just in case what i was told is wrong.
interesting to read correspondence that is on the site at the moment.

The time limit for correspondence has not been extended but when the Environmental Impact Assesment is provided to the planners a new window of opportunity to express opinions will open.
That was info from the planning department 5 minutes ago!
